Role Description This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Recruitment Intern based in South Jakarta. The Recruitment Intern will assist the Human Resources team in executing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating training sessions. The role also includes coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. This hands-on internship offers valuable experience in recruitment processes and HR functions within a fast-paced environment.
