The Paralegal will serve as a key liaison between the Legal and Revenue Operations teams, providing critical support in the company's contracting and compliance workflows. This role will have primary responsibility for managing and completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and will own significant portions of the NDA, vendor, legal operations and revenue contracting processes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of cross-functional workflows, who can operate independently while managing complex documentation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison, providing critical support for contracting and compliance workflows between the Legal, Revenue Operations and Engineering teams.

- Stand up and own a legal operations function that designs and implements process improvements and automations, including integrating AI tools in legal workflows and optimizing the use of contract management tools.

- Manage the end-to-end process for completing and submitting all Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

- Own significant portions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), vendor, and revenue contracting processes, include review and redline of contracts based on company-standard playbook.

- Coordinate commercial and vendor contract flow, documentation, and communication between internal stakeholders to ensure efficient cross-functional workflows.

- Operate independently to support the optimization of contracting processes and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications
- 4-6 years of practical experience with due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals and privacy and security questionnaires.

- Ability to independently manage questionnaires and draft response language as appropriate.

- Significant experience with AI tools, including building workflows with AI and human in the loop.

- Experience working with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and contract lifecycle management tools such as SecureFrame and Lexion.

- Experience with legal operations, including building playbooks and metrics dashboards.

- Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, and security issues.

- Excellent attention to detail, communication and project management skills.

- Strong problem-solving orientation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
