System Engineer (On-Site)

What you'll be doing Able to work at customer sites with minimum internal supervision Provide technical documentation Have knowledge about software, hardware and internet needs while adjusting them according to customer's business environment Troubleshooting and reporting for issue both software and hardware in a timely manner Handle daily operation and maintenance support Close coordination with team member and customer Do report periodically in accordance to customer needs What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of computers, servers, system admin, storage and has handled similar work. Strong technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting enterprise-level IT systems, including servers, storage, and networking infrastructure. Hands-on experience with system automation, scripting, and monitoring tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Have a Professional certificate in the field of systems & networks from Principle Network Equipment (CCNA or equivalent). Have knowledge and experience in Unix, Linux and Windows based operating systems, Active Directory, Domain Controller Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 based email servers, web servers, database servers, network security, storage.
