Backend Engineer

Backend Engineer Level: Middle to Senior Contract, 1 year - extendable Onsite in Sunter, North Jakarta Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and/or Go - Build and optimize RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services - Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems - Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability - Participate in system design and architecture discussion Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in backend development - Proficiency in Java and/or Golang - Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot (for Java) - Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design - Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL - Familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills email to: raffi.d@avowstech.com
