Looking for Full-Time Clinician to join our Orlando Team. Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, Days Advanced Recovery Systems | The Recovery Village is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to treating addiction, substance abuse and mental health issues.  We put behavioral health front and center, assisting people with substance abuse issues, addictions, and mental health concerns. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a meaningful impact—and feel supported while doing it—we’d love to connect. 💡 We invest in your time—leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care💡 Job Duties - Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting - - Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - - Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation - - Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress - - Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) - - Support discharge planning and continuity of care -   Qualifications: - Master's Degree - - At least two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year) - - Registered in the state of Florida with one of the following: - Preferred License  LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)   Minimum Credentials  RMHCI (Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern) RMFTI (Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern) The Company complies with state and federal nondiscrimination laws and policies that prohibit discrimination based on age, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, or sex.
