You will be responsible for interpreting data, creating dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to help the business make smarter decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - - Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key business metrics. - - Business Insights: Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders (Product, Marketing, or Management). - - Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with the Data Engineering team. - - Problem Solving: Support various departments by answering business questions through ad-hoc data deep-dives. - Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - - Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in a data-driven role (Experience in Fintech/E-commerce is a plus). - - Strong proficiency in SQL (a must). - - Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio). - - Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation. - - Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and provide data-backed solutions. - - Attention to Detail: High precision in data handling and reporting. -
