Job Title: After-Sales Supervisor (Data Center, Thailand) Location: Rayong/Bangkok/Chonburi, Thailand (EEC Data Center Cluster, subject to project allocation) Employment Type: Full-time About the Company Shenling Environment is a leading provider of precision temperature control and energy-saving solutions in China, focusing on air conditioning, data center, industrial, and commercial HVAC fields. About the Role We are now recruiting an After-Sales Supervisor to take charge of the daily management of the after-sales team for air conditioning products in Thailand. This role will serve as a trilingual communication bridge between the Chinese headquarters, local Thai customers and suppliers, be responsible for optimizing after-sales processes, providing technical support, building and training the local team, ensuring service response efficiency and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the company's brand image. Responsibilities After-Sales System Management: Be responsible for the daily management of the after-sales team for HVAC products in Thailand, supervise team work efficiency, and ensure service response timeliness and customer satisfaction; formulate and optimize after-sales processes (installation, maintenance, upkeep, complaint handling), and align with the after-sales policies and standards of the Chinese headquarters. Technical Support & Problem Solving: Lead the team to complete fault diagnosis, on-site maintenance and remote technical guidance of air conditioning equipment; provide technical upgrading and transformation suggestions for non-standard air conditioning equipment such as large chiller units, precision air conditioners and air walls. Cross-Cultural Communication & Coordination: Serve as a trilingual (Chinese, English, Thai) communication bridge, coordinate technical, spare parts, logistics and other issues between the Chinese headquarters, local Thai customers and suppliers; handle major customer complaints properly to maintain the company's brand image. Training & Team Building: Organize training for Thai employees on Chinese enterprise work processes, service standards and basic technical operations; promote the improvement of the team's hands-on operation ability, and cultivate talents who are proficient in both technology and customer service. Spare Parts & Cost Control: Manage the procurement, inventory, and usage of after-sales spare parts related to air conditioning equipment, control maintenance costs, and improve service efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all team activities comply with local Thai laws, regulations, safety standards, and Shenling’s internal management system; assist in handling work permits and visa procedures for team members. Qualifications Language: Able to communicate in Thai and English for work; Chinese proficiency is preferred. Cultural Adaptability: Familiar with Chinese enterprise work culture (such as quick response, result orientation, hierarchical communication, etc.). Experience & Ability (Meet one of the following): (1)Management Orientation: More than 2 years of after-sales team management experience, able to independently establish or optimize after-sales service processes. (2)Technical Orientation: Possess hands-on maintenance ability for air conditioning/refrigeration equipment, able to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot common faults; experience in large-scale equipment maintenance is preferred (not limited to the air conditioning industry, such as air compressors, chillers, heat pumps, industrial refrigeration equipment, etc.). Technical Background: Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration Engineering or related fields is preferred; holding relevant technical certificates (electrician certificate, refrigeration certificate) is a plus. Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility and customer service awareness; excellent communication, coordination and team management skills; able to adapt to occasional business trips within Thailand and quickly respond to work needs in line with Chinese enterprise work rhythm. Other: Experience working in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred; willing to learn and adapt to Shenling’s technical system and work standards; able to cooperate with the company to complete work permit and visa procedures.
