Salary: $125,000–$150,000

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the daily clinical operations of an established ABA therapy center serving children and families. This leader will ensure strong collaboration between BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high clinical standards
Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans, treatment programs, and documentation compliance
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff
Conduct assessments and develop treatment recommendations as needed
Support advanced assessment opportunities including FBAs, preference assessments, and related evaluations
Maintain family communication through regular check-ins
Review treatment integrity and quality assurance data to support continuous improvement
Provide oversight for complex client cases and travel locally as needed
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification

- New Jersey state licensure (or eligibility)

- Leadership experience in ABA services preferred

- Minimum 5 years of ABA experience preferred

- Clean background screening and valid driver’s license
