Gentem Lifelong Learning Indonesia is seeking a skilled Content Creator Specialist to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness across our diverse portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing: Content Shooting & Production: Capture high-quality photo and video content for all Gentem brands, including short-form, long-form, events, classes, and testimonials. Content Editing: Edit and finalise content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, carousels), including subtitles, pacing, basic motion, and platform optimisation. Content Ideation & Storytelling: Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, and carousel narratives aligned with campaign direction and audience behaviour. Content Coordination & Asset Management: Coordinate shoots with internal teams and manage all content assets (raw and final) in an organised and accessible system Produce consistent social media content: Deliver regular photo, video, and carousel content for all Gentem brands across platforms. Improve content quality and engagement: Create visually strong, well-edited content that drives views, saves, and interactions. Support brand campaigns and objectives: Translate campaign ideas into execution-ready content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, carousels). Maintain organised content workflow: Ensure all raw and final assets are properly stored, labelled, and accessible. Skilled in shooting photos and videos using DSLR / mirrorless camera or mobile Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and directing subjects Proficient in CapCut (or similar tools) for short-form and long-form editing Able to handle subtitles, pacing, transitions, and basic motion Able to create simple visual assets and carousels using Canva Understands layout, readability, and social media formatting Strong sense of content hooks, storytelling, and trends Able to coordinate with internal teams and execute content efficiently
