Senior Content Strategies (Hybrid)

What You Will Do:• Work closely with the IP owner (CEO / leader) to extract ideas, viewpoints, and real experiences.• Convert raw thoughts, conversations, and voice notes into structured, high-quality content.• Produce content for personal platforms (LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, short-form video, articles).• Shape content around authority, trust, and professional positioning, not hard selling.• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with the IP’s themes and business goals.• Repurpose one core idea into multiple formats (post, carousel, article, short video).• Ensure consistency in tone, personality, and positioning of the individual IP.• Track content performance and continuously refine messaging and formats.
