Job Description
Trio Supply Chain Solutions is a leader in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics supply chain management, specializing in server hardware and electronic components. Our team is dedicated to responsible handling, testing, refurbishment, and trading of enterprise technology assets.
As an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Technician, you will play a key role in the processing and teardown of server hardware and related electronics. Your work will directly support the secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible lifecycle management of IT assets for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dismantling midrange to high-end servers, including blade servers, storage arrays, storage libraries, and tape libraries

- Performing labeling and inventory tracking during hardware teardown and processing

- Utilizing hand and power tools for disassembly of server and electronic hardware

- Following ESD-safe handling practices to protect sensitive electronic components

- Managing cables and components during teardown operations

- Ensuring accurate documentation and asset tracking throughout the process

- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED

- Experience dismantling servers and enterprise hardware for IT asset disposition or electronics processing

- Experience dismantling midrange to high-end servers, including blade servers, storage arrays, storage libraries, or tape libraries

- Experience performing labeling and inventory tracking during hardware teardown and processing

- Proficiency with hand and power tools for server and hardware disassembly

- Experience following ESD-safe handling practices when working with electronic components

- Experience with cable management during server and hardware teardown

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for most of the workday, and bend/reach into systems during teardown work

- Authorized to work in the United States
