Project Manager

One Federal Solution is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The selected candidate will manage project lifecycles from start to finish and support strategic business analysis and process improvement initiatives. Project Manager Responsibilities: - Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR. - - Manage project lifecycles from initiation through completion. - - Use AI tools for data analysis, risk prediction, and automated reporting. - - Improve resource planning and management processes. - - Support and optimize Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). - - Engage stakeholders and provide training and support for new tools. - - Conduct strategic analysis to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - - Support agile transformation efforts, including Scrum and Kanban practices. - - Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and performance measurement. - - Develop implementation plans and support continuous process improvement. - Project Manager Qualifications: - Proven experience in a senior analyst or project management role, preferably within the federal government. - - Strong project management skills. - - Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and the Power Platform. - - Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis. - - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Project Manager Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a relevant specialty, or - - 12 years of equivalent experience, with at least 6 years in the specialty. - About One Federal Solution One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
