Supply Chain Manager (TOA Mortar)

We are looking for Supply Chain Planning Manager to join us.(TOA Mortar Co.,Ltd) Job Description Lead SCM & Planning team in the effective application of Best Practice and efficient processes. Develop production plan budget and timeline. Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specification. Lead a discussion on demand planning in the Monthly with the MKT team to get consensus on the demand plan. Manage exceptional situations and solve complex supply problems, such as stock allocation, production priorities, production changes, promotion changes, aging stock, crisis management, etc. Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business , Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. More than 5 years in Supply Chain Planning Profound knowledge in business functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and more SAP Experiences is a plus. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills. Works well under pressure, can handle and delegate workload effectively. Locations: Thailand, , T. Tungluknok, A.
