Field Maintenance Coordinator - Shop

Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for over 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. We are currently seeking a Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to support daily maintenance operations. This role is temporary to assist with current workload and coverage, with the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs. This position will be primarily based out of our Maintenance Shop location in Sherwood Park, AB Responsibilities: - Manage service schedule reports - - Create and distribute work orders - - Track repairs and backlog items - - Organize parts for field work - - Review and follow up on incomplete work orders - Requirements: - Minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance coordination or related role - - Familiarity with heavy equipment used in road construction such as skid steers, excavators, and paving equipment - - Strong organizational and communication skills - - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction - - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - - Ability to track and manage work orders, parts, and service schedules accurately - - Knowledge of maintenance or fleet operations is considered an asset - - Valid Class 5 Driver's License - Benefits: - Dental care - - Extended health care - - RRSP match - - Vision care - ANY MISREPRESENTATION OF YOUR QUALIFICATIONS DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR CANDIDACY. #PPLHP
