Role Overview As an Overnight Studio Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of boutique fitness studios across local locations. This position is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive working independently during overnight hours and are comfortable managing logistics, supplies, and team coordination. URGENT HIRE : 22.50/hr + Same Day start $100 Bonus - Deep clean boutique fitness studio spaces including equipment, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas - - Take before-and-after photos at each location and upload via mobile app at the start and end of every shift - - Follow a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness and consistency across all sites - - Clock in and out at each location using a smartphone app - - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and place restocking orders as needed - - Monitor cleaner attendance and coordinate same-night replacement coverage when required - - Prior experience in commercial or fitness studio cleaning - - Strong attention to detail and consistent eye for quality - - Comfortable using a smartphone app for check-in, photo uploads, and reporting - - Reliable personal transportation to travel the overnight route - - Availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday overnight - - Ability to work independently and responsibly without direct supervision - - Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus - What Slate Offers - Competitive hourly pay - - Monthly performance bonuses based on quality scores and client satisfaction - - Consistent overnight schedule — approximately 12 hours per week - - Two-person team structure for every shift - - Remote management support available throughout your shift - - Opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized, fast-growing company - Equal Opportunity Employer Slate is an equal opportunity employer.
