Product Manager

Job Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end product development for transaction products (QRIS, Transfer, Cash-in, Cash-out). - - Define product roadmap, strategy, and execution plan aligned with business targets. - - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless product delivery. - - Optimize transaction funnel and user journey to improve activation, retention, and transaction growth. - - Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to drive data-informed decisions. - - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to payment and banking transactions. - - Monitor transaction issues, fraud trends, and operational risks to maintain product reliability and security. - Requirements - 1–4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Banking, Fintech, or Payment Industry. - - Strong understanding of transaction flows (QRIS, transfer, virtual account, cash-in/out). - - Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/product development environments. - - Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and improve product performance. - - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - - Basic understanding of payment regulations (OJK, BI, or related regulatory framework) is a plus. - - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a fast-paced environment. -
