Role Purpose
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to bridge supply chain and revenue execution — ensuring commercial readiness across all channels and product launches by coordinating inventory, logistics, and channel alignment. This is an operationally rigorous, cross-functional role for someone who is energized by keeping complex moving parts aligned and takes satisfaction in clean, well-executed launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Track channel inventory visibility and allocation across all revenue channels

- Coordinate launch inventory planning and readiness to ensure commercial preparedness

- Manage supply chain coordination for production and inbound shipments

- Monitor retailer inventory levels and generate stock alerts for sales and operations

- Escalate order fulfillment issues between sales and operations teams

- Coordinate demand forecast inputs with supply chain and purchasing

- Ensure logistics readiness for launches, promotions, and channel expansion activities

Role Qualifications
- 4+ years in commercial operations, supply chain coordination, or logistics

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Experience with inventory tracking tools, ERP systems, or retailer portals

- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations

- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

- Based in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO

- All launches meet inventory readiness criteria before go-live

- Zero unmanaged stockouts across channels
