Retail Operation Manager

We are currently looking for a Retail Operation Manager who will be responsible for managing Beauty Advisors on a daily operation to ensure their performances meet company KPI. This position will need someone who has administrative skills, has experience working with BA Agency/Outsource company, familiar to data analytics and able to cooperate with numerous people in all levels (Beauty Advisor, Team Leader, Regional Trainer) Key Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia and will be responsible for: Plan, create, implement, and evaluate KPI and incentive schemes for Beauty Advisors Analyze and set strategy for managing Beauty Advisors to increase good performance and GMV Ensuring the Beauty Advisors daily operations follows the guidelines Lead and manage a team of project managers and coordinators from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinating with every stakeholder (Beauty Advisor, Team Leader, Regional Trainer, Area Sales Manager) Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers or team members as needed Develop and execute of various beauty projects, ensure timely delivery of projects within budget Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Science. Fluent in English At least 3 years of experience in Beauty Project Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team management. Experience in handling 200+ BA/SPG/SPB Skincare, cosmetics, or beauty industries background Expert in Ms. Office, especially in Ms. Excel Any reporting tools (Power BI, Tableu) will be additional value Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Able to assess and mitigate project risks, utilizing critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Can join ASAP Able to do full WFO at our office (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
