Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Executive based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home as part of the arrangement. In this role, you will manage client portfolios, develop and execute account strategies, and oversee the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, achieving revenue targets, and preparing detailed performance reports. You will also provide market insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their advertising campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and developing account strategies Experience with digital advertising platforms, including programmatic, KOL, CTV, and social media Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing analytics tools to provide actionable insights Expertise in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with the advertising or marketing industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Salary Idr 6-8 Mio
