About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing high-quality visual and video content that strengthens brand presence, supports marketing initiatives, and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with video editing expertise and a solid understanding of digital content trends. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce compelling content optimized for social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and paid advertisements

- Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing channels, including short-form, long-form, promotional, and branded content

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand and marketing objectives

- Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all design and video content

- Optimize visual and video assets for different platforms, screen formats, and audience engagement strategies

- Support content creation initiatives with graphics, animations, motion elements, and multimedia assets as needed

- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

- Stay current with design trends, editing techniques, digital content best practices, and emerging platform trends

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work (required)

- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent platforms

- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling principles

- Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

- Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and short-form video editing best practices is preferred

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines

- Experience working with international or remote teams is preferred

- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is preferred, but not required
