Job Description
SRG Stairs of SRG Ventures is a leading provider of custom stairs, blinds, and floors for the residential home builder market. We are currently hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate Lead to join our growing and dynamic team in Dallas, TX.
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring materials are received, organized, and staged accurately, while assisting in coordinating workflow, deliveries, and communication between internal teams to maintain an efficient and well-run warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up

- Receive and process daily deliveries, including labeling and documentation

- Assist in organizing workflow to meet shipment and delivery deadlines

- Support Location Manager in overseeing daily warehouse activities

- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, customer service, and purchasing
-
- Utilize scheduling tools to ensure jobs and materials are ready on time
-
- Perform cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels
-
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack
-
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

- Report product discrepancies, damages, or issues as needed

- Assist with deliveries as scheduled

- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED

- Five years of experience working in a same or similar role; or
-
- An equivalent combination of education and experience

- Unrestricted Texas driver’s license required

- Experience working in warehouse or construction-related environments preferred
-
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
-
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screen following job offer

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to lift approximately 50–60 lbs regularly
-
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling
-
- Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment
