Job Description
We are seeking a Pre‑Sales & Account Manager to support business growth through client engagement, solution design, and ongoing relationship management. This role combines pre‑sales support, consulting, and account management, working closely with Sales and Delivery teams to design data‑driven solutions and identify new business opportunities.
Have a deep understanding on:
Pre-sales processes: direct interactions with potential clients and creation of related documentation,
Consulting approach – as is process documentation, gap analysis, visualization and problem solving ability on a new business problem
Credit risk processes – policies, scorecards, cut-offs, credit bureau usage at UW and portfolio, collection score and processes etc.
Ability to handle all of the following areas: [presales specialization]
Proactively Support Sales team in scouting new opportunities, understanding customer’s need, defining the potential proposal.
Cooperate in the preparation of technical proposals, answers to RFPs
Discuss directly with client’s technical and middle management resources. Collect requirements, discuss technical approaches, present results.
Ability to handle all of the following areas: [Account Management specialization]
Take care of the relationship with relevant stakeholders on the customer’s side (including higher management, as applicable) over time
Communicate issues and opportunities for improvement to relevant internal teams, based on customer’s feedback
Help identify and define potential opportunities for future business Ability to handle all of the following areas: [technical specialization]
Storytelling (making compelling power-point decks and visualizations)
Liaising with Delivery functions for the definition of project requirements.
Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Delivery areas when required;
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data science, Engineering, Economics (Master or MBA considered a plus)
Good relational, presentation (written and oral) skills
Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Availability to business trips.
Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
Good analytical skills and detail-orientation.
Excellent team working and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Flexibility and goal orientation.
Problem solving and independence.
