As a Residential Electrician Technician at NH Ross, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential buildings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' homes are safe, energy-efficient, and up to code. You will work closely with homeowners to assess their electrical needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that enhance their living spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in residential electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in residential settings.

- Evaluate electrical systems, appliances, and equipment to identify repair and replace needs.

- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.

- Communicate with homeowners to explain services and address any concerns or questions.

- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical systems to identify faults.

- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services and repairs.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry practices and technologies.

- Proven experience as a residential electrician or similar role.

- Valid electrician's license and up-to-date certifications.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and local electrical codes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

- Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in electrical technology is a plus.
