Job Description
Draft, review, negotiate and revise various agreements including service agreement with clients, vendor agreement, employment contract, independent contractor agreement, project addendums, MOU and etc. • Maintain a contract database and track renewal timelines and expiry dates. • Ensure company’s practice compliance with Malaysian labor and employment laws (Employment Act, Minimum Wage Order, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, SOCSO Act).
