Job Description

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field - - 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with proven experience hiring for tech/IT positions - - Strong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, DevOps, Data Analyst, and related positions - - Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional communities - - Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination - - Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define candidate criteria - - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, especially for technical and behavioral competencies - - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal - - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously - - Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and hiring performance - - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment - - Ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs - - Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience best practices is a plus - - Experience working in startup or technology-driven companies is preferred -
