Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain governance structures for effective service delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
Plan, document, and manage project schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliver regular/ad-hoc status reports.
Oversee delivery and implementation activities to ensure alignment with objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.
Manage vendor performance, including issue resolution, deliverable quality, and adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements.
Review and govern IT change requests, ensuring technical completeness, proper approvals, and accurate execution per plan.
Monitor system maintenance, upgrades, and security compliance in collaboration with vendor IT teams.
Support system users by coordinating incident resolution, service requests, and operational support with stakeholders.
Review operational reports, logs, and alerts to ensure completeness, compliance, and continuous service quality.
Candidate Requirements
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
5–10+ years in project management, service delivery, or IT operations roles.
Proven track record managing end-to-end project delivery and steady-state support services.
Experience working with external vendors and multi-stakeholder environments (often client-facing).
Exposure to system implementation, maintenance, and upgrade cycles.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
