Penetration Tester

We’re seeking a Penetration Tester to evaluate the security posture of applications, networks, and cloud environments, identify vulnerabilities, perform simulated attacks, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen defenses. Key Responsibilities: Conduct penetration testing across applications, networks, cloud, and OT/ICS systems. Perform vulnerability assessments and exploit analysis to uncover weaknesses. Identify and validate risks in alignment with industry standards such as OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE Top 25, and NIST. Utilize tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, and other relevant frameworks. Collaborate with different teams to ensure secure system design and implementation. Develop clear and actionable reports detailing vulnerabilities, exploitation methods, and recommended mitigations. Track remediation progress and support engineering teams with root‑cause analysis. Maintain documentation of testing methodologies, standards, and frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment. Strong understanding of application and network security. Proficiency with penetration testing tools (Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, etc.). Practical experience with scripting or automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS).
