Overview: Are you looking for a more relaxed, patient-focused radiology role—without the stress of surgery or complex imaging procedures? We are seeking a dependable and professional X-Ray Technician to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This is a low-stress clinical position with no surgeries, no fluoroscopic exams, and no hospital environment. As part of our outpatient urgent care setting, you’ll support providers by performing routine diagnostic X-rays and helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient. This position would float between Huber Heights/Englewood/Springfield. Duties: - Perform standard radiographic exams as ordered by providers—no fluoroscopy or advanced imaging required - - Travel between our Easton and Morse Rd or Clime Rd and Hilliard or Lancaster/Groveport/Canal Winchester clinics to provide mobile X-ray services - - Assist with basic patient intake: history, vitals, and registration - - Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized exam rooms - - Ensure proper function and cleanliness of X-ray equipment; report issues promptly - - Log and document X-ray procedures accurately - - Support a positive patient experience with clear communication and compassionate care - - Occasionally train new team members and assist in light clinical flow tasks - - Active RT or GXMO certification (required) - - 1–2 years of experience in a clinic or physician practice preferred - - Strong organizational and communication skills - - Ability to work independently while being a team player - - Basic EMR/computer skills - - Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) - - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between designated sites - - A calm, flexible, service-oriented mindset - - 401(k) - - 401(k) matching - - Dental insurance - - Disability insurance - - Employee assistance program - - Health insurance - - Life insurance - - Paid time off - - Retirement plan - - Vision insurance -
