Responsibilities - Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for payment. - - Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors and suppliers in accordance with company policies. - - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues. - - Maintain organized files and documentation for all accounts payable activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness. - - Collaborate with internal departments to verify invoice accuracy and obtain necessary approvals. - - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any payment inquiries promptly. - - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable. - - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role. - - Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and accounting principles. - - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - - Effective communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams. - - Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) - - Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) - - Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) - - Training & Development - - Work From Home - - Wellness Resources - - Stock Option Plan -
