Job Description

Hodge Industrial Technologies is a trusted provider of sales and field service for mission-critical industrial compressed air systems, supporting manufacturing facilities with fast response and reliable uptime. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers’ operations run smoothly by delivering expert service and technical support directly at their sites. Key responsibilities include: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues in the field to minimize downtime for customers - - Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial compressed air systems - - Delivering high-quality service and representing the company professionally at customer locations - - Communicating clearly and effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions - - Completing service documentation using phone or tablet applications - - Working independently to resolve service jobs end-to-end, maintaining strong productivity and first-time fix performance - Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and mechanical systems - - Comfortable using phone or tablet applications for service documentation - - Valid driver's license - - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and stand or kneel for extended periods - - Authorized to work in the United States - - Willingness to travel to customer sites within approximately 100 miles of home location - - Available for occasional on-call and after-hours/weekend work - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working independently in a field service technician role resolving service jobs end-to-end at customer sites - - High school diploma or GED - - Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics - - Experience communicating directly with customers on-site during service visits - - 401(k) - - 401(k) matching - - Dental insurance - - Flexible schedule - - Health insurance - - Health savings account - - Life insurance - - Paid time off - - Retirement plan - - Vision insurance - - Overtime - - Competitive hourly wage of $30.00–$40.00 per hour -
