UX/UI Designer – $65/hr | Remote (U.S.) | 4-Month W2 Assignment
Start Date: May 25, 2026
Location: Fully Remote (Open to candidates across the United States)
Compensation: $65/hour (W-2) + Weekly Pay & Benefits

Are you passionate about designing intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences? Join a fast-growing Product Education team supporting a leading construction technology platform used by professionals building the world around us.
In this role, you’ll take complex workflows and transform them into seamless, engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring thoughtful, impactful design solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate user needs and business goals into engaging design solutions
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment
Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and style guides
Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design across the product lifecycle
Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
What You Bring
3+ years of UX/UI design experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and visual design expertise
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Solid understanding of usability principles and user research methodologies
Experience designing for complex workflows and data-driven applications
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative product environment
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
