Training Associate

- Assist in the delivery of classroom and on-road training sessions. - - Prepare training materials and equipment for sessions. - - Facilitate group discussions and answer questions from trainees. - - Conduct on-road assessments to evaluate driver skills and identify areas for improvement. - - Provide feedback and coaching to drivers to enhance their performance. - - Document assessment results and share feedback with the training team. - - Provide ongoing support to drivers, answering questions and resolving issues. - - Assist drivers with technical difficulties and app usage. - - Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance. - - Prepare training reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - - Assist with the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment preparation. - - Adhere to company policy and procedures. - - Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor. - - Participate in ongoing training and development programs. - - Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises. - - High school diploma or equivalent. - - At least 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, or a related field. - - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. - - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - - Patience and empathy - - Attention to detail - - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - - Good organizational and time-management skills - Competencies for the Job  - Training and Development - - Corporate and Client-Side Communications - - Rider Motivation - - Compliance and Motorcycle Safety - - Data Management - - Office Administration - - Relationship Building -
