Co-Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Senior Co-Project Manager Metatech ID is looking for a Senior Co-Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of strategic technology projects across product, platform, and tribe initiatives. This role is suitable for an experienced project management professional who can manage complex stakeholder engagement, ensure tactical and adaptive implementation, monitor operational plans, and provide senior-level recommendations to support successful project delivery. Role Overview As a Senior Co-Project Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring project implementation runs effectively across internal teams, external stakeholders, and project counterparts. You will be responsible for leading coordination, monitoring delivery progress, reviewing project outputs, and ensuring that operationalization plans are executed according to agreed priorities and standards. You will also provide strategic input to leadership and project stakeholders by identifying project risks, dependencies, implementation gaps, and improvement opportunities based on project data, field findings, and progress analysis. Key Responsibilities Lead tactical and adaptive implementation of project activities across product, platform, or tribe initiatives Manage stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external partners, clients, and government or private sector counterparts Coordinate cross-functional project execution across business, product, engineering, operations, and implementation teams Provide direction and guidance to team members in executing project activities, follow-ups, and deliverables Determine project priorities, execution approaches, and follow-up actions based on project needs and stakeholder alignment Review project outputs, documentation, milestones, and implementation progress against agreed plans and standards Monitor operationalization plans and analyze progress toward project objectives, priorities, and delivery targets Identify project risks, blockers, dependencies, implementation gaps, and improvement opportunities Provide recommendations and strategic input to leadership or project stakeholders regarding project execution and delivery improvement Supervise project coordination activities, including meetings, stakeholder updates, issue tracking, and reporting cadence Develop or refine project management methods, reporting formats, coordination mechanisms, and operational execution plans Prepare and present executive-level project reports, progress analysis, decision notes, and stakeholder updates Requirements — Senior Level Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Management, Public Administration, or other relevant fields Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management, program management, product operations, technology implementation, or related roles Proven experience in managing projects in government and/or private sector environments Strong experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, project monitoring, and implementation governance Able to lead project execution and guide teams in achieving project objectives and delivery milestones Strong ability to analyze project progress, identify risks or blockers, and recommend practical solutions Experienced in reviewing project outputs, documentation, plans, milestones, and operational reports Able to provide senior-level input to leadership, clients, and project stakeholders Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, operationalization planning, and technology implementation processes Excellent communication, structured reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Familiarity with project management tools, agile/scrum practices, or digital transformation projects is a plus Salary Range : 14,805,000 - 19,035,000 (depending on experience)
