Recycled Concrete Crushing Foreman - RCI

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREMAN for our RCI Division to join our team. As a Foreman for our Recycled Crushing Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recycled crushing operations. This includes: - Supervising and coordinating the crushing crew - - Ensuring the efficient crushing of various materials - - Monitoring and maintaining equipment - - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies - - Providing training and guidance to the crew - - Participating in daily planning and scheduling - We expect the successful candidate to have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a thorough knowledge of crushing operations and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
