Job description Develop and implement product to enhance Global Markets profitability and improve client experience. Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to support product and process development. Plan and manage product launches, recalls, and re-launches to address client risk exposure and respond to market movement conditions. Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of product development, including risk management, systems, processes, controls, compliance, and legal approvals, while maintaining compliance control standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance. Strong analytical skills (Engineering background is a plus). Proficiency in data analysis (Excel Visual Basic for Applications is a plus). Strong communication skills in English.
