Job Description

Kettle & Fire is looking for a detail-oriented operator to help drive flawless execution and scale our retail sales operations as a Retail Sales Coordinator. This is a high-volume, high-impact administrative position responsible for serving as the operational backbone of our Sales team, managing critical data platforms, and ensuring seamless coordination across our broker and customer networks. As the Retail Sales Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day operational execution for major distributors like UNFI and KeHE, manage vital data and systems, and build scalable processes that enable our sales organization to thrive. This position is a full-time, remote position, reporting to the VP of Sales. What You'll Own: - Account Execution & Program Management - You’ll manage the day-to-day operational execution that supports our Retail channel business, ensuring launches, promotions, and retailer programs run smoothly. You’ll also serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, brokers, distributors, and retail partners. - - Process & Systems Improvement - You’ll build and improve scalable sales processes that support efficient execution and organizational growth. This includes creating clearer workflows, stronger documentation, and more streamlined systems across the sales organization. - - Vendor Portal & Retail Systems Management - You’ll oversee item setup, maintenance, and compliance across key platforms including KeHE, UNFI, SPINS, and Nielsen. Your work will ensure product information and assets remain accurate across retailer and distributor systems. - - Promotions & Program Execution - You’ll coordinate promotional calendars, seasonal programs, displays, and pricing activities across priority accounts. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. - - Retailer Presentations - You’ll support the creation of polished, data-driven retailer presentations by maintaining updated sales data, coordinating assets, and ensuring consistency across materials. Your attention to detail will help deliver strong customer-facing presentations. - - New Customers - You’ll support onboarding for new retail and direct customers by coordinating setup details across Sales, Operations, and Finance. This work helps ensure a smooth and organized transition into execution. -   What You Bring You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where managing multiple priorities is the norm. You bring experience supporting retail sales operations within the CPG industry and are comfortable working across distributors, brokers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward. In addition, you have: - Bachelor’s Degree - - 3+ years of experience in retail sales support, sales operations, or CPG account coordination - - Experience working with UNFI and KeHE - - Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills - - A process-oriented mindset with the ability to improve workflows and execution - - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external partners - - A proactive, team-first approach and strong sense of ownership - What We Offer: The opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company that values transformation and efficiency.
