Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently. Plan, organize, and execute projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes. Maintain accurate records of sales invoices, legal contracts, and other important documents. Handle office expenses and reimbursements in compliance with company policies. Analyze and present business data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. Plan and manage corporate events, internal communications, and public relations, including press releases and social media. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and project alignment. Drive organizational growth by assisting in project development initiatives, including research, proposal preparation, progress tracking, and cross-functional team coordination. Support financial activities such as budgeting assistance, invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic financial reporting. Provide ad hoc executive support and assist with crisis coordination when needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
