Carrier Compliance Specialist - Afternoon Coverage

Job Summary: The Carrier Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring all carrier partners meet company and regulatory compliance standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding processes, and managing documentation to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Responsibilities: - Manage and update carrier insurance records, ensuring policies are valid, current, and compliant with company requirements. - - Oversee carrier onboarding processes, including collecting, verifying, and approving required documentation. - - Provide support through Zendesk by responding to carrier inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication. - - Maintain accurate documentation and indexing of carrier records in internal systems for audit readiness and easy retrieval. - - Monitor compliance status and proactively follow up with carriers regarding missing or expiring documentation. - - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure carriers meet operational and compliance standards. - - Identify opportunities to improve processes related to carrier compliance and documentation management. - - 2+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, compliance, or a related field. - - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - - Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred. - - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems. - - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - - Professional growth career - - Competitive pay package - - Performance-based bonus - In Charger Logistics we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee, we consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, medical condition, or disability.
