Sales/Finance Manager career opportunity at a top location! $60K–$75K Base + Uncapped Bonus | $100K–$125K+ Potential We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Finance & Sales Manager to lead both the sales and finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience. What You’ll Get - Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) - - Total Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ annually - - Uncapped Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan - - Full benefits package & paid time off - - Ongoing training, tools, and leadership support - - Career advancement opportunities across multiple areas - - Established national company (37+ years, 24 states) - What You’ll Do - Hire, train, and lead a team - - Drive branch sales performance and consistently hit targets - - Manage the full sales cycle and ensure strong CRM utilization - - Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health - - Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs - - Forecast sales and performance metrics - - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - - Maintain compliance with company policies and standards - - Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed - What We’re Looking For - Sales management and/or consumer finance/collections leadership experience - - Subprime lending experience is a plus - - Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets - - Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills - - Customer-focused mindset - - Comfortable using CRM systems and technology - - Valid driver’s license - Schedule - No Sundays - - 42–48 hours per week - - Store Hours: 9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday) -
