Job Description

Asia Thailand LIXIL (Thailand) PCL. Employee Assignment Not remote Full Time 1 April 2026 Primary Purpose Ensure Brand Integrity for the LIXIL Brand portfolio, therefore own governance and the development of best-in-class, coherent brand experiences within the APAC region in strong collaboration with the Regional Brand Identity Creative Director. Strategically direct regional and local projects in our LIXIL portfolio of Brands, with focus on GROHE, INAX and American Standard such as Trade Fairs, Showrooms, Branded Environments and Brand activations at large, campaigns and Brand expressions across touchpoints. Main Role/ Responsibilities This role is responsible for supporting the full scope of work related to visual merchandising, showrooms, trade shows, and displays. They will ensure all activities address local/regional commercial needs while adhering to brand guidelines. The scope of work will be limited to APAC markets. Specifically Deeply understand and translate across touchpoints the brand guidelines that evolve and distinguish the relevant LIXIL Corporate Brands, being obsessed with the brand’s consistency, and legitimacy; Own the creation and development of on-brand, on guidance, top quality Trade Fairs, showrooms and Brand Activations, being able to lead the creation of Floorplans, user journey and Brand expression all the way to execution; Own brand integrity by working closely with regional Brand Identity Leader and Marketing teams to drive on brand execution for consumer-centric touchpoints such as packaging, digital, communications and branded environments; Lead by example by fully embracing the LIXIL Leadership Values. Job Requirements Bachelor or equivalent degree in Industrial, spatial or interior design with top marks Minimun 8 years of work experience as Creative Director or Senior Designer with significant proven experience in Interior Design, Retail or Spatial Design. Minium 5 years of experience in, or significant exposure to, Branding in Consumer Electronics, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Durables Have at least 5 years of experience living in Asia, or have a strong international background Demonstrate multicultural fluency Hard Skills Deep knowledge in Brand Foundations and Consumer understanding Proven experience in driving execution of Branded Environment projects, with understanding of processes, spatial design, materiality Demonstrates the ability to understand and translate complex challenges into elegant and smart solutions, concepts and 3D visualizations, following the central guidance Soft Skills Able to feel, embody and convey Brands, with high Aesthetic sensibility and great attention for the details; Self-assured, confident problem solver, strategic thinker excelling at turning insights into actions, with a can-do mindset; Highly collaborative and excellent communicator with proven experience in positively influencing stakeholders at different levels in the organization; An ability to balance creative and intuitive thought processes with analytical and logical decision making; Highly organized, detail oriented professional with a sense of ownership and ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines.
