Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are pleased to be partnering a leading high-growth technology platform in Asia, operating a fast-scaling consumer ecosystem that includes an array of sunrise businesses such as online marketplaces etc. To support the next phase of their strategy, they are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to take ownership of this fast-growing business segment. About the Role This is a senior, high-impact HRBP position reporting directly to the Head of HRBP. You will serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders in their growth verticals, operating in a dynamic, fast-moving, and often ambiguous environment. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy high pace, hands-on execution, and building scalable people solutions while the business is still scaling rapidly. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, organisational design, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives. Drive talent planning, performance management, succession, and culture building in a hyper-growth setting. Support rapid team scaling and organisational transformation across Fintech (payments, lending, financial services) and Marketplace operations. Partner with regional HR teams to align people strategies with aggressive business goals. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of HR experience with strong HRBP / HR Business Partner background in fintech, marketplace, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer tech . Demonstrated startup or scale-up experience — comfortable operating in ambiguity, high velocity, and “building the plane while flying it”. Aggressive, solutions-oriented mindset with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
