Part-Time Bookkeeper (AP Focus)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to handle accounts payable processing. This is a task-focused role ideal for someone who wants stable part-time hours with a consistent daily schedule. Roles & Responsibilities - Process vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite daily - - Obtain necessary approvals - - Maintain vendor records and W-9 files - - Assist with payment runs - - File and organize AP documentation - - Ad hoc data entry as needed - - 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience - - Familiarity with any ERP or accounting software (NetSuite a plus) - - Strong attention to detail and reliability - - Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day - - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred - - Bilingual in Korean preferred - - 401(k) retirement savings plan - - Paid sick leave (5 days per year), provided in accordance with California law - - Catered lunch every day with varying local cuisines and a kitchen stocked with drinks and snacks - - Corporate parties, team bonding events, and much more! - ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for the Part-time Bookkeeper role ranges from ($20.00 to $26.00 an hour).
