Overview
US Federal Solutions is seeking a highly strategic MRC Project Integrator to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (SAF/MR), with a focus on the Manpower, Reserve, and Civilian (MRC) portfolio.
This role is designed for a professional who operates comfortably at the executive level, driving integration, alignment, and decision-quality outputs across complex organizations. You will serve as a central force multiplier, ensuring that senior leadership receives fully coordinated, analytically sound, and strategically aligned products that directly support Air and Space Force mission priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Integration & Strategic Support
- Orchestrate the integration and synchronization of staff actions, policy development, and strategic communications across the SAF/MRC portfolio

- Ensure all materials delivered to senior leaders are aligned with Assistant Secretary priorities and ready for DoD, interagency, and congressional decision-making

- Serve as a trusted advisor in shaping decision-quality products that clearly present risks, impacts, and recommended courses of action

Decision Support & Quality Assurance
- Act as the final quality gate for executive-level deliverables, ensuring products are fully coordinated, analytically sound, and strategically coherent

- Validate alignment of staff work with leadership priorities and ensure outputs are positioned to maximize decision-making effectiveness

- Drive consistency, clarity, and rigor across all SAF/MRC deliverables

Strategic Data Integration & Analysis
- Transform fragmented or complex data into actionable strategic insights that inform leadership decisions

- Develop integrated views of workforce, policy, and mission data to support long-range planning and execution

Civilian Human Capital Strategy
- Support development of a forward-looking civilian workforce strategy, including workforce sizing, skill composition, and capability planning

- Conduct analysis to identify critical talent gaps and align workforce planning to emerging mission requirements

- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention to position the civilian workforce as a strategic asset

Total Force Workforce Planning
- Analyze civilian manpower and skills inventories across the Air and Space Forces

- Assess alignment with the National Defense Strategy and future mission needs

- Provide strategic recommendations to mitigate readiness gaps and optimize workforce capabilities

Organizational Integration & Stand-Up Support
- Support the stand-up and maturation of the SAF/MRC function, ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders

- Rapidly develop and maintain a deep understanding of organizational structure, mission, and priorities

- Interface effectively with senior leaders, directorates, and external partners to drive alignment and execution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Human Resources, Business, or related field

- Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED

- 6+ years of experience in federal workforce planning, policy integration, or strategic program support

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or headquarters-level organizations

- Strong background in project management, strategic analysis, and executive-level coordination

- Experience working with or supporting civilian personnel policy or human capital strategy

- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills

- Experience supporting Department of the Air Force, DoD headquarters, or similar environments

- Familiarity with Total Force or civilian workforce planning models

- Experience in organizational stand-up or transformation initiatives

- Knowledge of federal human capital frameworks and workforce analytics
