Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Fiat and Crypto Payment Service Provider (PSP) strategies in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring our payment solutions are innovative, compliant, and user-centric.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Define the product roadmap for Fiat PSP (B2C) and Crypto PSP, aligning with overall business objectives for the Southeast Asian market.
Payment Infrastructure Design: Design comprehensive payment capabilities, including local e-wallets, bank transfers, and card acquiring. Plan Crypto payment journeys (on-chain payments, wallet top-ups, confirmations, and callback mechanisms).
Core System Development: Design core payment systems involving transaction routing, risk management strategies, clearing and settlement rules, reconciliation, and exception handling.
On/Off Ramp Solutions: Architect fiat-to-digital asset conversion processes, integrating account systems, liquidity pool management, and on-chain asset flow logic.
Partnership Management: Liaise with overseas banks, local payment institutions, e-wallets, and crypto partners to drive channel integration and technical implementation.
Compliance & Insights: Monitor regulatory changes in Southeast Asia (specifically for payments and digital assets), keeping abreast of market trends to optimize product compliance.
Lifecycle Management: Conduct market research, requirement analysis, PRD writing, project management, and data-driven iterations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Payments or Fintech, with at least 3 years specifically in international card acquiring or payment gateway operations.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the transaction lifecycle, including clearing, settlement, and risk control.
Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate with regional partners and stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the Web3/Crypto industry and Southeast Asian payment regulations is highly preferred.
