E-commerce Operations Executive

——— Job Responsibilities ———• Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. product uploads, pricing updates, inventory checks)• Upload and update product listings while monitoring stock levels, pricing, and product availability• Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment• Handle order confirmation, tracking, and coordination with internal teams• Support customer inquiries via chat/email/comments in a professional and timely manner• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery• Handle after-sales issues including returns, exchanges, and customer complaints• Assist in preparing promotional content and campaign support materials• Collect sales data and track operational performance metrics• Monitor market and competitor trends to support business improvements• Compile customer feedback and escalate operational or customer-related issues when necessary
