Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Establish and nurture strong partnerships with 4S stores, automotive dealers, and key industry partners. - - Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing offline sales team to drive dealer channel expansion. - - Ensure the implementation and adherence to risk control measures across all sales activities. - - Achieve acquisition targets and complete assignments delegated by senior leadership. - Requirements - Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in auto finance sales within multi-finance or banking, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. - - Functional Expertise: Strong background in relationship management and data-driven sales strategy. - - Product Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the electric vehicle (EV) segment with a deep understanding of auto loan products, credit risk assessment, and market competition. - - Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and coordination skills. - - Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a strong advantage. -
