Metallurgy Engineer For Steelmaking Technology Team

Prepare planning productivity to support optimization production strategy & efficiency Evaluate the operation productivity to improve operation performance and efficiency Conduct research of product and process development Prepare planning & control quality product to ensure production process can meet the required quality Perform varieties of task related with providing information and documentation of operation performance and improvement Conduct research of product and process development by coordination with related unit to support on reviewing existing process technology and development of alternatives product Relevant university degree in Metallurgical Engineering discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Steel Industry, especially in Steelmaking Section and Continous Casting Plant Facility. Familiar with Ms. Excel, word, PowerPoint, and ERP System. Strong technical knowledge of Slab quality control principles, methods, and tools Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data and design complex systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
