Assistant Store Manager

What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of your store by: - Leading & Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly. - - Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests. - - Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales. - - Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards. - What We’re Looking For We’re searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead. - Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role. - - Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
