AI Operations Manager

We’re creating a fully integrated energy company: from developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass on savings to customers. This is not a traditional operations role. You will sit at the intersection of AI, data, and real-world energy systems, responsible for deploying, scaling, and continuously improving AI-driven operations across the business. You will turn AI from a set of tools into a core operational backbone that drives efficiency, automation, and decision-making across trading, energy networks, and internal workflows. Responsibilities No two days will look the same.
