We are seeking a Systems Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining the infrastructure and systems that support the operations of our managed services clients in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) team.
What you'll do:
- Provide level 3 systems support for all SMB customers.

- Troubleshoot complex systems and infrastructure issues for SMB.

- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve problems within customer infrastructure environments.

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

- Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, infrastructure, and
procedures.

- Occasional paid overtime work to support service availability.

- Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.

- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their technical development and professional
growth

- Provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and customer engagement strategies.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as 365 Cloud and Azure specialist.

- Effective communication skills when troubleshooting technical issues. You will be able to remain calm and articulate, providing clear explanations of the problem and preventative measures.

- A keen interest in technology and a strong desire to ensure that all technology is functioning optimally.

- A positive attitude and can-do mindset, fostered by your proven track record of helping others resolve
technical issues.

- Networks experience is advantageous.

- A strong knowledge of ticketing systems would be advantageous.

- Microsoft and other industry certifications.

- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change.

- A personality where everyone knows that when you take on a task whether it’s huge and scary or tiny
and boring, you’re going to see it through to the best of your ability.
